Emmilia Osei is a People and Operations professional with experience in people management, programme coordination, operations, and organisational development. At Youth Employ and Development Initiative (YE), she leads People and Resources, supporting the organisation’s people strategy, internal operations, programme delivery, and team effectiveness.

Over the years, Emmilia has contributed to the design and implementation of youth-focused programmes, entrepreneurship initiatives, employability projects, and capacity-building activities, working with diverse teams, partners, and stakeholders to deliver impactful programmes.
