Target Audience
YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS
This group comprises young entrepreneurs and individuals with a strong desire to become entrepreneurs, seeking the knowledge, skills, and support to launch and grow their own businesses.
Youth Employ offers aspiring entrepreneurs specialized training, workshops, and access to a supportive network of mentors and fellow entrepreneurs, providing them with the resources they need to turn their business ideas into reality.
YOUNG PROFESSIONALS / INTRAPRENEURS
This group includes young individuals who have already entered the corporate world or are pursuing professional careers.
They aim to advance in their respective fields and seek entrepreneurial opportunities within their organizations..
Youth Employ equips young professionals with leadership training, entrepreneurial mindset development, and networking events to help them excel in their careers and become innovative change-makers.
EMERGING YOUTH LEADERS
This group consists of young individuals who show promise as leaders and change agents in their communities.
Youth Employ empowers emerging youth leaders with leadership development programs, mentoring sessions, and platforms to create and implement projects that address societal challenges, enabling them to make a positive impact and inspire others.
TEENPRENEURS
This group includes motivated teenagers aged 13 to 19 who have started their own businesses or are interested in entrepreneurship.
Youth Employ provides teenpreneurs with tailored training, workshops, and mentorship to strengthen their entrepreneurial skills, navigate the business landscape, and grow their ventures successfully.
Key Achievements
Organized 4 symposiums with an average of 600 students at each event, focusing on soft skills, personal development, business growth, and building sustainable businesses.
Conducted training programs on various handicrafts and skills such as cake making, bead making, graphic design, website management and design, makeup, photography, barbing, shoes and bags, involving over 200 students.
Partnered with Crestad, UK to host the Graduate Finishing School, preparing 35 students to be suitable employees for global consulting companies and international organizations.
Empowered young entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs through seminars, training, workshops, and access to networks.
Envisioned an African continent where youth unemployment and poverty are drastically reduced by raising highly skilled young professionals and entrepreneurs.
