Morenike Molehin is the Founder and Creative Director of Oak & Teak, a leading full-service interior design firm headquartered in Lagos, with a presence in Dubai and across international markets.

With over a decade of experience, she has built Oak & Teak into a respected brand serving residential and corporate clients across finance, hospitality, education, non-profits, and luxury hospitality. She has also trained over 100 individuals in interior design.

She is passionate about mentorship and social impact, and founded Grow with Renny Mentorship, which supports young women in their personal and professional growth. She is also the Co-founder of the Oak & Teak Foundation, focused on initiatives in healthcare and education.

Her work has earned her recognition as one of Africa’s 100 Most Impactful Women Founders, among other industry recognitions, including a nomination for the Eloy Awards and a place among Nigeria’s Top 15 Interior Designers redefining the industry.
